Returns
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your unused, unopened product for a full refund.
Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, sealed packaging and unused. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we’ll be happy to exchange it for you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know about the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on:

Gift cards.
Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
